Handsome Hendre Uchaf is a impressive coastal farmhouse located on a working farm with breathtaking panoramic views over the southern tip of the Llyn Peninsula. The property sits less than a mile from the idyllic seaside town of Aberdaron and just over two miles to Whistling Sands – one of the Llyn Peninsula’s best beaches.
The huge open plan kitchen/dining room was made for socialising and has a refectory table and wonderful views. The perfect spot at the heart of the home for holiday meals, throw open the patio doors on warm days and extend your living space into the garden. The sunsets from the patio are fantastic.
Two comfortable and characterful living rooms, one with exposed timber beams and inglenook with wood burner, the other with leather sofas, TV and access to the garden provide ample space for rest and relaxation. One for adults and the other for excited children perhaps. the four spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, restful pastel décor, and timber floors each have their own character and style.
Dogs are welcome and will surely love the spacious enclosed garden, perfect for family fun. You can admire more of the wonderful views with a coast path walk, leave the car at home and start your walk on the footpath on the doorstep to join up with the Coastal Path. Best of all the seaside village of Aberdaron with shops, cafés, restaurants, and lovely sandy beach is less than a mile away, just 2 minutes by car, and glorious Whistling Sands beach (cared for by the National Trust) is 2¾ miles, just 10 minutes by car.
