Welcome to my home!
In a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac within walking distance of a Co-Op, a Boston Tea Party, a few restaurants, a lounge and a trainer speciality store at The Square. My flat can comfortably accommodate four guests and has everything you'll ever need for a comfortable stay.
The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and catch up on all your favourite TV shows after exploring Bristol and the nearby Cotswolds.
The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table. A washing machine can be found here as well.
The two bedrooms have a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a dedicated work desk for those working remotely and digitally. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated just a short distance away, residents can easily access the vibrant city life and shopping experiences. The nearest train station, Filton Abbey Wood, provides excellent transportation links for further exploration. Cheswick Village boasts a welcoming atmosphere, attracting diverse residents, including young professionals, couples, and families.
Nature enthusiasts will find solace in the nearby Long Wood, a serene woodland reserve with a scenic hiking trail, perfect for outdoor adventures and peaceful walks. - You can catch the M1, M3 and M5 Bus from Frenchay Campus (Stop D) - 0.2 miles from the apartment, or about 4 minutes on foot. It'll take you directly to Bristol Cabot Circus.
- Filton Abbey Wood Station is 1 mile away, or roughly a 20-minute walk. GWR serves it.
- Bristol and Cabot Circus are 6 miles away.
- Bristol Temple Meades is 6.9 miles away.
- Bristol Airport is 15.4 miles away.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This apartment is located in Bristol. Cotswolds and Ashton Court Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Wild Place Project and University of Bristol Botanic Garden. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's going on at Ashton Gate Stadium, or consider a night out at O2 Academy.
