Relax in the living room with two 3-seater sofas, 2 footstools, gather for drinks in the kitchen/dining room that opens out onto the enclosed garden with garden pod while the kids enjoy the games room which also has a desk if you need to work. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, with a Victorian style bathroom. The house benefits from central heating to keep you warm but if you want to feel extra cosy, why not put on the amazing electric log burner. Its amazing steam effects make the fire so realistic so it brings all the pleasure without the hassle of lighting or cleaning up.

Weston-Super-Mare is a traditional seaside town on the north Somerset Coastline, jam packed with fun things to do such as donkey rides on the beach, wander along the grand pier and enjoy the arcades, grab some fish and chips, or enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants in the town centre or along the seafront, which also has many shops to explore all within a 15-minute walk from Newlands Nook. The Beach Lawns is just across the road, where many top events including Weston Air Festival and Weston Beach Race take place. Following the success of Banksy’s exhibition in the summer of 2015, the former Tropicana Lido has been transformed into a venue which hosts headline music events and various festivals. Weston Carnival is not one to be missed.
Hop in the car and explore the area, with Brean and Burnham-on-Sea both close by with a wide range of activities including Brean Splash Park or head slightly further and sample the delights of the Ancient Medieval Town of Glastonbury or grab a bargain at Clarks Village designer outlet. Why not visit the train station, jump on the train and get a dose of city life with a day out in Bristol or Bath just a 20-minute ride away! Beach 1 mile.
