Within easy reach of the picturesque Stour Valley, the house is perfect for family stays in need of space and tranquil countryside adventures. Sleeps 8; 1 super king, 1 double and 2 doubles bunk beds across 3 bed rooms . Please note after 2 guests, you will be charged an extra £10 per person, per night.

We are getting the house ready for bookings in 2023. You may have noticed that some of photos are currently missing, this is because we are not quite ready to upload them but we promise to get them uploaded as soon as they are.

The property has an open-plan downstairs layout large enough for up to 8 guests. You will love the warm and cosy feel that this property offers.

The living room area has very comfortable seating for up to 8 people, a large log burning stove, Smart TV and DVD player. You can also enjoy the use of our Bluetooth stereo, DVD's, board games and the eclectic style of books on display. Turn on the bookcases fairy lights for an even more homely feel!

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and butler sink. It looks over to the dining area so great for socialising whilst cooking your tasty meal of choice. Please note that we are adding extra dinning chairs to be able to seat 8 at the table.

In warmer months you can enjoy the generous bifold doors that allow the garden to become another 'room' during your stay, promoting fresh air and even more space if you wish. Enjoy a sense of privacy in the south-facing rear garden which is surrounded by tree's and shrubbery. We are currently landscaping the rear garden and photos will be uploaded soon. It boasts a substantial patio area with comfortable outside seating, sun loungers and BBQ. To continue enjoying the outside area until late evening, why not wrap up in a blanket, light the Fire Pit and pour yourselves another of your favourite tipple's and watch the stars!

There are three large bedrooms one of which has a double bunk bed in it which is ideal for up to 4 children, teenagers or adults alike.

The master bedroom leads on to an attractive en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. The main bathroom enjoys a lovely roll top bath and separate shower. There is also a downstairs WC for your convenience.

All parts of the house and garden are available apart from the integrated garage and rear workshop.

This vacation home is located in Manningtree. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Dedham Vale and Suffolk Coast and Heaths, while Sir Alfred Munnings Art Museum and Hollytrees Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids?
