7 Nelson Steps is an elevated three storey pet friendly property enjoying stunning river and sea views and offers a delightful base from which to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants and boutique shops and the wider South Devon coast and countryside. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping up to a total of seven guests, including an en suite master with a King-size bed. On the upper floor is a triple aspect sitting room offering open views across the river to Kingswear, a well equipped kitchen and dining room. The property benefits from two terraces, both with outdoor furniture. 7 Nelson Steps provides comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of garage parking (for a small/medium size car) and is within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and a 10 minute drive to nearby Blackpool Sands.

TV with DVD player.
Gas central heating and hot water with immersion back-up.

There is garage parking for one small/medium sized car in Above Town(some larger models may not be suitable - please contact
the office for dimensions if required).
Please note there are 43 steps down from the garage in Above Town to the property. Access from Newcomen Road is up 43 steps. Steps are steep in places and uneven.
Two small dogs are allowed.

It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
