Set in a private mews estate on the sea front with direct sea views this holiday home will make your time away feel special. The elegant period home is beautifully furnished and equipped to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

On the ground floor there is a dining room with seating for 12 guests and the large well equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including dishwasher, microwave, freezer and fridge (there are extra fridges available in the utility room). There is a laundry room with washing machine and drier. There is also a wet room on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one single, one double and a further double with extra single bed and the family bathroom. There is also the main sitting room with stunning sea views.
On the second floor there is the main double bedroom with uninterrupted sea views, another triple room with double and single beds, plus a further family bathroom.

The property has enclosed front and rear gardens and the south facing rear garden has a lovely seating area looking towards the sea.

Bognor Regis itself is a small traditional town with pubs and restaurants and some high street shopping. To the north of Bognor Regis (accessible by bus or train) you can visit the beautiful city of Chichester with more comprehensive shopping and Cathedral gardens.

This cottage is located in Bognor Regis. Picturedrome and Novium are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chichester Golf Club and Littlehampton Golf Club.
