Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden cabin with 2 double beds (suitable for under 18s). Garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike/equipment store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. . Solent View is a wonderful three-bedroom holiday home with the extra bonus of a cabin in the back garden which can sleep an extra four guests. The main house is a great size. It has two double bedrooms and a bunk room. Downstairs has a large living/dining room and a lovely big kitchen with all of the appliances you will need. Another extra bonus is a large integral garage where you can store your bikes, kayaks or paddle boards. Here you will also find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Seaview is a popular choice and has a reputation as an Edwardian resort built on its panoramic sea views and great sandy beaches, and these are still two of its largest assets. Many celebrities have been spotted holidaying here. A short walk and you will find Priory Beach, arguably one of the most stunning beaches on the island. There is a village shop and a few eateries can be enjoyed locally. The neighbouring Victorian town of Ryde is a short drive away, or you can walk along the revetment from the seafront. You will pass a couple of café on the way. Ryde has many shops, bars and restaurants and has brilliant transport links to go and explore the rest of this stunning island.
The Isle of Wight is a popular holiday destination on the south coast of England. As soon as you arrive you will see why. There is so much to do here, from horse riding to water sports and much much more. There are lots of beaches to choose from all around the coast of the island, the west coast is popular amongst the surfing community, whilst the southeast coast is where you will find many seaside resorts. Shanklin, Sandown or Ventnor. Main attractions on the Isle of Wight include The Needles, an iconic famous landmark, Blackgang Chine, which is the UK’s oldest theme park, or maybe you fancy visiting Osborne House, the holiday home to Queen Victoria. The list of things to see and do here is endless. Jump on a ferry and come and see for yourselves. Beach ½ mile. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Located in Seaview, this cottage is on a river. Isle of Wight Steam Railway and Shanklin Old Village are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Isle Of Wight Coastal Footpath and Ryde Pier Head Terminal. Isle of Wight Zoo and Sandown Pier are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
