Finding accommodation for a large group in London is tricky, unless you’re spending a small fortune, or risking it in a hostel. This stylish, reasonably-priced flat is the antidote. It was completely renovated in 2022, and set up specifically with large groups in mind. There’s enough chic furniture for everyone to socialize comfortably, as well as fresh towels and toiletries for all. Colleagues? There’s deskspace if you’re working. All just 5 minutes from the Underground. What more do you need?

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, just a 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground station. You’ll enter using a lockbox, which means you can forget the hassle of rushing your big group of people to a meeting point at a specific time. Relax!

Once inside, you’ll find a truly lovely property from top to bottom. There are two bedrooms: one master room with a double bed, and a room with two double beds that sleeps 4. There are two sofa beds in the living area. Each bed is made up of hotel-quality linens during the professional clean, before your stay.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with utensils, appliances, and even spices. There is a dining table that seats four people. There’s also a small table with two chairs on the balcony, which is a lovely spot for chilling with either a morning coffee or an evening’s glass of wine.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
