Living Room

Space is not going to be a problem. Have fun staying indoors with the whole bunch here it has a vintage and eclectic feel offering comfortable seating by the fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Dining Area
The area is bright with crisp white walls and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for a cozy breakfast or a romantic dinner. The large windows offer views of the adjacent outdoor garden, providing a beautiful and serene backdrop for dining. The dining table is spacious and stylish, with comfortable seating for guests. The white color scheme is carried throughout the space, creating a cohesive and elegant look.

The Bedrooms
The house features four bedrooms perfect for your rest and relaxation.

Bedroom 1
Two single beds with refreshing pink and a work or study table and ample closet space. The space is dainty!

Bedroom 2
One double bed, two single beds, and a crib --feature a minimalist design aesthetic yet perfect for a family room. The closet is big enough for everyone too!

Bedroom 3
Two single beds and a crib. This bright and airy room is designed with simplicity in mind. The huge closet space is a major plus!

Bedroom 4
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed not one but two! Decors are kept traditional, a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Kitchen
Ready to cook up a feast? The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave, and is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes.

Garden
Step out for fresh air in the garden.
There is ample outdoor seating, with comfortable chairs and tables, making it easy to relax and enjoy the fresh air and greenery. Whether you want to relax with a book, have a picnic, lounge with a refreshing drink, or simply take in the beauty of nature, this garden has something for everyone.

With Garden and Outdoor Spaces

Feel free to access and use my garden or the outdoor spaces.

Please keep in mind that the garden up-keeping and treatment is scheduled once every 2months.

Since we have greenery in our outdoor spaces, it's only natural to occasionally see small insects, etc.

But please do not hesitate to reach out if this causes you inconvenience.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.

This vacation home is located in Canvey Island. Castle Point Transport Museum and Dutch Cottage Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Hadleigh Farm and Two Tree Island.
