We have plenty of pubs around the apartment. At the main roundabout is The White Horse and another favourite is the Dun Cow which is on the walk into town. Also on the walk into Shrewsbury is The Peach Tree, which does a great breakfast, lunch afternoon tea or an evening out. For more fine dining we would recommend The Walrus or Lion and Pheasant which are located in town. Hencote has a beautiful view over the town. Italian - La Dolce Vita or Osteria Da Paolo. For a good curry The Curry House or Avatar. Pizza - Dough & Oil. The Istanbul Restaurant has a wide selection of charcoal grills. Momo's Noodle Bar is nice. The Olive tree or Casa Naranjo for Tapas. House of the Rising Sun and The Armoury are always firm favourites, along with Cote and Bistro Jacques. And not forgetting The Boat House, which has a great outdoor space and overlooks the river. Number Four does a great brunch. We also like Hickory's and have a Nando's and a Harvester near the cinema which is within walking distance. There are also many cafes, in the town, at the back of the Square we like the more traditional Gallery tea room. Or Ginger & Co, where you can watch the world go by. Don’t forget to check out the local Market Hall, where you can eat, drink and shop for local produce.

Local Attractions
A 15-minute walk from the apartment will take you into the historic town of Shrewsbury. Shrewsbury has a whopping 800 listed buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries.
