A nice modern one double bed room flat near to the city centre about 1 mile (10 minutes by bus) to town including Queen street railway or Buchanan bus station.
-the bus fare into the city at the cost of £1.70 each way
- we also provide taxi services as well

- Free, on-street parking
-Secure entrance, quite neighborhood
- very comfortable and has all amenities
-It’s a traditional second floor tenement with fantastic views.
The room it’s self is contemporary, clean and comfortable.
- given your own keys for the main door
-Tea, coffee and breakfast stuff (cereal, porridge, jams, bread) is all freely available
-Use the fridge/freezer if you have your own food!
The space
This is a great location on a quiet street with nice views out both sides. Short walk to the city centre or public transport to; the west end, Edinburgh or North to the highlands.
The room is warm and beautifully furnished with an en-suite with shower.
please note- In the house, no pork /alcohol/ bacon allowed.
Guest access
The en-suite double room is entirely yours and accessible however minus the 2nd bed room. The kitchen and living room you'll share with me or with my husband.

Interaction with guests me or my husband will be there to greet you and when you leave, to handover and receive the keys. we stay in the other room of this 2-bed flat. I'll be around as much as I can, however, you will find me hardly however my husband will be there . my husband lived in Glasgow for more than 13 years and can give you a brief overview of the city, some of the site-seeing recommendations and local restaurants. Ask me anything and I'll help you out!
Overview
Due to being in sight of the Royal Infirmary, the area is residential and very quiet. Most of the nearest pubs are on Duke Street - about a 10-minute walk from the property

This vacation home is located in North Glasgow, a neighborhood in Glasgow. Lenzie Golf Club and Crow Wood Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Buchanan Galleries and Sauchiehall Street. Tall Ship at Riverside and Glasgow Science Centre are also worth visiting.
