All of our properties are set up to give you complete privacy and convenience. Smart locks are in place for access without the need to meet anyone and house manuals and other instructions are sent via email. But we are still on hand, whenever you need us. Set in an extremely central location within the foothills of the biggest Church in Essex and within the heart of the historic medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Whether it is a 5 star restaurant or late night bar or family themed, kid friendly Wetherspoons, this town has it all, with over 2 dozen eat in or take outs on your doorstep. Famous for its country setting, long walks, nature reserves, adventure parks, in door plays, swimming baths, cobbled streets, listed buildings and so much more. Calm, friendly and extremely safe. We also have extremely easy access to London via the M11 at just 7 minutes drive or Audley End Station arrives at Liverpool Street Station in under an hour. It's no surprise that this town is often referred to as "Essex's Best Kept Secret" and "The Jewel In Essex's Crown" and this exclusive Manor House is located right in the centre of it, or the doorstep of all of its amenities. What a treat to be able to walk to Costa or Starbucks in your sleepers to pick up your morning coffee.

There is a parking bay directly outside the house that has a free 3 hour limit during the day but is free all night from 5pm to 8am. If you would rather your car be parked securely the house comes with its own private detached garage located just a short 3 minute walk from the house. If more car spaces are required then Swan Meadow Car Park is also a short 4 minute walk from the house.

The hot tub is usually an additional charge of £75 for the water and the chlorine as this is changed fresh in between each booking and we leave you enough chlorine to last you through your stay.

However, if you confirm in advance that you definitely want it set up then you can do this for just £1 using the separate booking form that we will send you after you have confirmed your reservation. This will save you £74.

We would also appreciate it if you could send us through a photo of your photo ID so that if someone needs to meet you at the property for any reason they know who they are meeting.

This vacation home is located in Saffron Walden. Red White and Blue Country Park and RSPB Fowlmere Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bridge End Gardens and Whoosh Explore. Cheeky Chimps Funhouse and Mill Road are also worth visiting.
