The Area
We are located just off the Beersbridge Road and a 3 minute walk from a shop that sells all essentials. While there are lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity, a 15 minute walk will take you to the thriving Ballyhackamore where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also an 8 minute bus ride / 5 minute drive to the city centre. Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighborhoods to get from A to B. Northern Irish people are very friendly and will be happy to help you out if you need directions or advice!

Orangefield Park is a short distance away and is great for an early morning run or evening stroll.
An entrance to the long and winding Comber Greenway can be found very close to the house and is a fantastic place for a walk or cycle. It goes all the way to the beautiful town of Comber.
For any recommendations please get in touch as we love to pass on our local knowledge.

Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!

Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm and checkout 11am but please ask us before arriving and we will try to accommodate a bending of these rules. As seasoned travelers we know only too well how nice an early check in or late checkout can feel!
Other things to note

This is a residential zone and there are strictly no parties or extra guests allowed. Please be aware that your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund if these rules are found to be broken.

Supermarkets
Co-op on Beersbridge road is only 3 minutes walk away and has lots of essentials. If you need to do a bigger shop, Tesco Superstore is on the Castlereagh Road (just a few minutes drive).

Local Restaurants
Loaded Street Food is superb and just a few minutes walk. Hatch and Wolff is about 9 minutes walk and is great for all things chicken. Connswater Shopping Area is just a few minutes walk/drive and has all the usual offerings - Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds etc. For the best restaurant area of Belfast head to Ballyhackamore which is very close by - it has lots of amazing restaurants. We recommend Cypress Avenue and Yugo East but there are many more.
