The location is as close to the city centre as you can get without being actually in the centre, located only 1.2 miles from the John Lewis department store, it would take less than 30 minutes to walk into town using an average pace. At the bottom of the street is a large park with kids playground, tennis and basket ball courts.

With close links to the A64 and M1 via the A63 the property is also very well connected to local transport links and close to the cross green industrial estate, Amazon warehouse, Lambourgini and Maclaren car garages.

Internally the property has a separate lounge area with flatscreen TV and high speed internet, there is also a kitchen/diner with all mod cons, gas cooker and white goods.
