The Coach house is a bright, spacious, delightful apartment, off Newark Road on Shamrock Court, which many years ago was the Lincoln to Grantham railway line.
Though this property is only a mile from the city centre, it is on a very quiet private road and feels more like living in the country. It is also within five minutes walk of the South Common and Boultham Park. There is a lovely walk and cycle path down the side of the river Witham leading into the historic City of Lincoln.

The open plan living space has a TV, dining table and chairs etc. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed to accommodate up to four guests in total.

The bedroom has a comfortable bed, wardrobe space and adjoined bathroom.
This property is well equipped and ideal for short or longer term stays.

Guest access

There is also an adjacent short cut available under the arch between houses on Newark Road, for pedestrian use of residents staying on the private road of Shamrock Court,. This leads to Newark Road and a short walk to Boultham Park, and river side path and cycle track leading into Lincoln City Centre.
