This cosy 3 Bedroom central home is perfectly located for your trip to Cambridge and has the added bonus of free parking for one small car. The house also boasts a lovely garden with table and chairs for guests to enjoy.

Just a two minute stroll from the property and you'll be at the beautiful Midsummer Common and from there you can take a walk into Cambridge along the river. The house has charming 1950's character and is filled everything you would need to include a fully equipped kitchen, lounge & dining area WiFi, Virgin TV plus a lovely garden with plenty of outdoor seating. A small garage can also be accessed which is a 30 second walk from the property.

The Space:
Downstairs has a small hallway which leads onto a living and dining area. There is a separate kitchen with back door which leads to the garden. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with a separate bathroom. There is also a toilet downstairs just off the hallway.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire space.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood very close to the river, you can stroll into Cambridge along the river bank

- 1 minute walk to the river
- 5-10 minute walk to the Grafton shopping centre
- 15-20 minute walk to the city centre (less than a mile to the market square, King's College etc)
-15 minute walk to Mill Road, a very vibrant area that boasts great independent coffee shops, restaurants and pubs

This vacation home is located in Cambridge City Centre, a neighborhood in Cambridge. Cambridge & County Folk Museum and ADC Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Castle Hill and Bridge of Sighs. Christ's Fellows' Gardens and Mill Road are also worth visiting.
