Millport Bay View is a lovely coastal apartment just a stones throw away from the beautiful Millport Pier, on the Isle of Cumbrae. Perfect for a relaxed break for a couple or small family.. Second Floor:
25 steps to entrance. All on the second floor.
Living/dining room: With electric fire, Smart TV and single sofa bed.
Kitchen: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
Bedroom: With double bed and single bunk over.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Lawned back garden with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. On road parking. No smoking. . Situated on the Isle of Cumbrae this second floor apartment has views over the rooftops to Millport Bay and is situated only a short stroll from the beach with tropical palms fronting the promenade and yachts moored out in the sheltered bay. From here you can explore the charm of a seaside town with cafés, shops, bars and bistros. Ideal for walking, cycling, (we have several cycle hire shops) or running, the island is just over 10 miles in circumference. Golf is also very popularon the Island, hosting an 18 hole course welcome to all holiday guests.
A haven for wildlife, Cumbrae attracts migrant birds from around the world and the flora of the island is equally varied with a visit to the island’s Marine Research Station with museum and aquarium a must. Millport is also the home of Europe’s smallest cathedral and Britain’s narrowest house, it is popular for water-based activities, there are options to hire kayaks and paddle boards. The main Newton Bay offers sheltered anchorages and secure moorings. Beach 200 yards.
