Located within the picturesque 300-acre estate of Burningfold Manor, this three-bedroom converted stable is nestled in a courtyard setting overlooking far reaching countryside and paddocks.

Through the entrance hall, a spacious open plan kitchen/diner currently accommodates a large dining table, perfect for those who enjoy socialising and enjoy gathering at dinner. The contemporary kitchen benefits from; ample worktop space, shaker style wall and case units, integrated appliances including electric hob, fridge/freezer and integrated washing machine. Adjacent, the large reception room, situated centrally within the property, is home to plenty of seating and features double French doors leading out to the quaint garden.

From the living area, immediate access is given to two spacious double bedrooms both of which have ensuites. Situated at the front of the property, overlooking the courtyard and paddocks, our ‘Queen Bee’ bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. The ensuite features a beautiful roll top bath with detachable shower, walk in shower, toilet, pedestal basin and integrated storage.

Located on the outskirts of the charming Surrey village of Dunsfold, the property boasts a tranquil location ideal for rural pursuits; country walks, hiking, fishing, and cycling. Positioned within an ideal location, Dunsfold is surrounded by beautiful, open countryside with a local village shop, village hall, thirteenth century church and pub opposite the cricket green. Dunsfold is 5 miles south of Godalming and 7 miles west of Cranleigh, close to the Sussex border and both offering a range of shops and recreational faciltiies.
