## Space
The flat itself features large bay windows, original floors, an ornamental fireplace and beautifully corniced ceiling. However, the property has been modernised to feature a new kitchen, bathroom and furnishings, combining the original Edinburgh charm with contemporary comforts.
The living room has a dining area that can comfortably sit 4 people. There is also a comfy sofa and a sofa bed, should an additional 2 guests wish to stay. Off this area is a renovated kitchen, with new appliances and utensils should you wish to cook during your Edinburgh visit.
There is a large double bedroom, with a good sized wardrobe and a shower unit, but there is a full family bathroom just next door. The additional shower offers that extra privacy if there are 4 guests using the property at the same time.
## Access
Guests will have complete access to the property throughout their stay.
## Interaction
I will not be available in person, however I have a fantastic team on hand to assist you with anything.

This is also the time it takes to get to the West End of Edinburgh, where Princes Street meets Lothian Road.
## Transit
