The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with pull down double bed, electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a wrap around decking and off-road parking for two cars. On-site you will find a shop, pub, and restaurant, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: Guests wanting to use the on-site facilities can purchase a pass at £12.95 per adult and £7.95 per child. This lasts for the duration of the stay and covers swimming pool, all health courts, showers, launderette, soft play, bar, restaurant, amusement arcade etc. The facilities are available from the 17th March onwards. Town: One of Northumberland's largest towns, Ashington has a wide range of attractions and amenities. Authentic goods from small vendors can be found in bustling markets decorated with bunting, as can food stands serving regional fare. Visitors to Ashington Community Woodland and the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park will find themselves in awe of the natural beauty of the area. Woodhorn Museum, a former coal mine from the nineteenth century that now houses local art and artefacts, is a great place to learn about the town's farming and mining history. There is a romantic sculpture of a couple by Sean Henry in a beautiful bay in Ashington's neighbouring town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea Beach, and golfers can play at the nearby Newbiggen Golf Club, which boasts stunning views of the coast.

Located in Ashington, this mobile home is in a rural area and on the beach. Newbiggin Maritime Centre and Woodhorn Museum and Northumberland Archives are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Bedlingtonshire Golf Club and Parklands Golf Club - Mini Golf. Space to Play and Treacle Wool Shop are also worth visiting.
