## Neighborhood

Rapidly developing Battersea centres on its namesake park, home to fountains, a boating lake, and a Japanese-style Peace Pagoda overlooking the River Thames. The retired, art deco Battersea Power Station, with 4 towering chimneys, dominates the skyline. Battersea Arts Centre, in the 1890s town hall, presents comedy, music, and drama, and New Covent Garden is a huge wholesale market that sells flowers and produce.

Battersea Park is just 5-minutes away by foot, and has lots of sports facilities (tennis courts, football pitches, minigolf, running track), a small zoo and a ‘Go Ape High Ropes adventure’.

Lots of fun pubs are located within the direct vicinity of the flat like “The Latchmere”, “the Lighthouse”, “the duke of Cambridge” and “the Fox & Hounds”.

## Transit

Closest transport links are:
* train: clapham junction
* bus: the latchmere busstop

Less well connected via tube but 15’ away by bus from South Kensington, Clapham Common, battersea power station.
