A stylish and vibrant 2-bedroom apartment located in Walthamstow, London; this apartment is ideal for small families with young kids, small group of friends or couples. Conveniently located near some of the best nature reserves in North London, such as St. James Park, Hackney Marshes, Wanstead Park and Epping Forest. You will be a short walk from Walthamstow Village, one of the best urban villages in London with a great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Walthamstow is also home to the William Morris gallery (famous British designer/artist) and the longest outdoor street market in Europe.
The apartment is 68m2 and comes with a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-person dining table, and a shared bathroom with tub. Extension work has been done to the apartment, and it now comes with a loft that comprises a bedroom with ensuite.
Additionally, guests will find:
- Electric kettle, microwave oven and toaster.
- A washing machine in the kitchen + ironing equipment for added convenience
- Lovely view of the garden
- Skylight and dedicated work desk in the ensuite bedroom.
- Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your expected arrival.

Lively Walthamstow is known for the William Morris Gallery, with textiles and ceramics by the pioneering Arts and Crafts movement designer displayed in his former home. Local shops, fast food joints, and a few hip cafes line busy streets, while the High Street hosts a popular outdoor market. Nearby Walthamstow Wetlands is a nature reserve with 10 reservoirs, home to birds like kingfishers and herons.

A short walk or bus ride to Walthamstow Central Station, which is a hub for underground, overground rail, and buses.
## Notes
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. For standard check in, the key pick up and drop off is located 9 minutes walking from the home.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The British Museum and Tower of London are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market. Looking to enjoy an event or a game?
