Sitting on the seafront at Golspie with stunning views across to Portmahomack this extended 3 bedroom cottage has a spectacular two-story glass extension that takes full advantage of the changing views of the sea.

The house is tastefully decorated with neutral colours, handcrafted driftwood pieces and a nautical theme throughout.

Wilsons hosts a total of three bedrooms throughout. A double (with en-suite) is located on the ground floor with a TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located on the first floor. The bedrooms upstairs are a twin room located straight ahead as you make your way to the top and a double room when you follow the hallway round to your right.

The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor hosts a large, double, walk-in shower and a towel rail to keep your towel nice and warm. The bathroom on the first floor hosts a walk-in shower and towel rail as well.

There is a cosy lounge with a multi-fuel burner and formal dining area overlooking the sea. If you thought those were good a mezzanine area above the dining area hosts for even further glorious views across the coastline.

Parking is to the rear of the property, as well as access to an enclosed garden.

The front of the house is situated on the main street, close to all local amenities and the rear of the property is set next to Golspie beach.

This cottage is located in Golspie. Orcadian Stone Company and Historylinks are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Big Burn Walk and Golspie Golf Club.
