Nestled in the coastal city of Portsmouth on the South Coast, Portside Retreat is a modern, family friendly holiday home. You’ll have full access to the property during your stay which includes a welcoming living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Boasting a fantastic central location and a spacious feel throughout, Portside Retreat is perfect for family staycations, romantic retreats and getaways with friends.

The Space:
Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed into the light, airy living and dining area. Perfect for socialising and relaxing, this space includes a comfy sofa, an armchair, and a glass dining table with four chairs. Modern in style, it is a relaxing setting and in perfect keeping with the rest of the property.

The kitchen features an oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and cookware so you can make the most of your self-catering stay.

Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and bedside drawers. There is also wall art and soft furnishings to create a tranquil feel.

The second bedroom is another cosy space within Portside Retreat. A double bed, hanging space and lamps complete the space.

Clean and modern, the bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead rainfall shower, WC and wash basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Portside Retreat are accessed via a key safe and details will be sent out to guests prior to their arrival.

Free on-street parking can be found nearby on a first come, first served basis. Full details will be provided prior to arrival.

Portsmouth is a fantastic waterfront city packed with world-class attractions, fantastic things to do and a year-round programme of events. Escape to the UK's only island city, to explore miles of coastline and centuries of history.

What's more, Portsmouth is a very compact city, with many great attractions and venues mere metres from one another. This, twinned with the island's flat profile, makes it easy to walk wherever you want to go.

Portsmouth is blessed with plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry, with global cuisine, local produce and a host of top-quality tipples.

Getting Around:
From Portsmouth train station, you can catch direct services to and from London, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Southampton, Winchester and Bath among other locations.

You can also get a direct train to Gatwick Airport, whilst a rail and coach service to Heathrow Airport operates via Woking. Southampton Airport can be reached in under 50 minutes by road.

Regular bus services are provided to all parts of Portsmouth and the surrounding area. Portsmouth is also included in the nationwide network of bus and coach services provided by National Express, linking major towns and cities with regular services.
