The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.

The two bedrooms contain king-sized and queen-sized beds lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

For a masterpiece of Victorian Gothic architecture, The John Rylands Library is not to be missed. Grab a slice of the action at one of Manchester's world-famous football clubs, with a stadium tour at either Manchester United or Manchester City, or check out world-class cricket at Emirates Old Trafford.

Family-friendly attractions are abundant in Greater Manchester, with several museums and galleries offering things for the kids to do or heading into the great outdoors to one of the city region's parks and gardens, some of which offer impressive stately homes to admire.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Manchester City Hall and St Mary's The Hidden Gem are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Salford Quays and Northenden Golf Course.
