Our apartment is the perfect home for all travelers and tourists looking to explore this gorgeous city!
The living room is designed for a relaxing evening after a busy day, with a comfy sofa and a TV for light entertainment.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to whip up a fresh warm meal. You'll find a fridge, oven, and stove for your use. You're welcome to use the other cooking utensils as well!
There is 1 bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, fitted with hotel quality linens for your full comfort.
The rustic bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home!
The property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized prior to your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located between Leith Walk and Easter Road, Dickson Street is a safe residential area.
## Transit
The nearest airport to our property is Edinburgh airport which is 30 minutes away. You may also explore the city by bus or by metro which is very convenient and easily accessible.
## Notes
There is no use of the fireplace and this is strictly prohibited.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You will be required to collect the keys to the property via a lockbox.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This apartment is located in Leith, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Botanic Garden and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping.
