You'll also find a living room with smart TV, fast wifi through-out the property and a coffee machine with pods.

There are 2 double bedrooms in this property. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs you'll have a double bedroom in a loft style that leads from the kitchen/living area.

You'll have access to an enclosed rooftop garden area which in the warmer months has outdoor furniture. You can access the rooftop garden area through the doors from the living area. Ideal for a sunny day!

It is worth noting that this apartment is located on the first floor and has another flight of stairs within the property.

The Philog apartments are located in a great area of Cardiff to access all of the highlights the city has to offer. They are located a short 10-15mins walk from Whitchurch Village. This is a trendy area of Cardiff jam-packed with coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. The neighbourhood itself is off the main link into the city but located in a nice residential area.

There are lots of outdoor areas to explore within easy access. Caerphilly Mountain, Castell Coch and the Ridgeway are just 15 mins drive away.

These apartments are situated less than 1 mile from the Heath hospital (University hospital of Wales).

If you are travelling by car access is easy from the M4 and the property has street side parking. There is on-street parking available on the Philog directly opposite the property…cars tend to park herringbone along this road. If there is limited space on the Philog you can turn left onto Violet Place and park there. Just be sure to avoid double yellow lines and blocking any access points.

There are easy transport links by bus (bus stop outside the apartments) or taxi into the city centre.

Parking - there is on-street FREE parking available either on the street outside the house or on nearby streets.
