Rylance House is a recently refurbished bright & spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bathroom house located within a short walk of the Etihad Campus and a 5 minute drive from Manchester City Centre. LGBTQ+ friendly.

With 4 separate beds (including one double sofabed), sleeping up to 8 people, this house is perfect for a family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week

The Space:
The house comprises of 3 first-floor bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to the largest bedroom, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washing machine, and a large lounge with one sofabed, The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a paved patio and garden.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfy sofas including one sofabed with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.

→ Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house, and a Ring Security Light Camera at the rear for safety and security of the property and vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

You have full exclusive use of the house, driveway & garden during your stay
