Recently decorated to a high standard features this beautiful 4 bedroom house located in Swansea.
Around a 5 minute drive to nearby restaurants and a big retail park. Liberty Stadium is 5 minutes away from the property.

Our property offers free parking directly outside on the roadside!

As you walk into this beautiful property, the first bedroom is straight in front of you, this includes a large sofa bed, a double bed, bedside tables, open wardrobe, dressing table and a cosy environment.

Living room - As you walk to the back of the house, there is the living room with a sofa, chairs and large TV with Netflix on it. This has all recently been decorated. Free Wi-Fi is included too.

As you carry on to the back of the house, is the kitchen and this is fully equipped so it has everything you need. There is a dining table and chairs / coasters and mats in the kitchen for your use.

There is a large family bathroom at the back of the house round the corner from the kitchen/dining room.

Three bedrooms - Two Double beds and one Superking bed that can be split into two singles upon request, this is a very spacious room.

En-suite - In the bedroom in front of you as you walk up the stairs, with a toilet, shower and sink (toilet roll and soap are included).

We are available between 9am-10pm for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.
