Woodpecker Lodge in Gilfachrheda, Ceredigion, sleeps four in two bedrooms.

The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front veranda with furniture, an enclosed rear veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.7 miles and the beach in 1.2 miles. Woodpecker Lodge offers a stylish base for a family break to Ceredigion. Note: There are steps up to the lodge, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please take care. Town: The well-liked Welsh village of Llanarth, which is close to the coast of Cardigan Bay, has a friendly bar, a shop that is modest but well-stocked, as well as a farm shop/butcher that sells local fare. Llanarth's location on the main A487 coast road provides access to a wide range of destinations. Several beaches, fishing lakes, the regency harbour town of Aberaeron, and fantastic walking and cycling trails are all nearby and only a short drive away. Only three miles away is the well-known oceanfront port town of New Quay, where you may experience a classic seaside atmosphere and possibly locate the day's catch for sale. In New Quay, visitors may enjoy lovely boutiques, tea rooms, ice cream stores, fish and chip restaurants, dolphin viewing and boat rides.

Located in New Quay, this lodge is in a rural area and on the beach. Coed Y Foel and Celtic Country Wines - Celteg are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Harbour Beach and Dolau Beach.
