Stunning spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the converted Old Foundry building in a quiet location in the heart of historic Wallingford with allocated parking and south facing garden.
The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants in Wallingford yet tucked away in a very quiet location away from traffic.
The space
The property has been newly furnished and decorated ready to welcome guests. The downstairs contains a double sofa bed, dining table and smart TV. Off the lounge and dinning room area is a compact kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. This downstairs space is lit by two large original foundary windows. Upstairs houses the bedroom with a double bed, dressing table/desk. The bathroom is also upstairs with an over the bath shower.
Guest access
There is an allocated parking space first space on the right after you have passed the foundry building (next to a small tree). There is also plenty of on street parking outside if necessary too.
The black door pictured in the main photograph will be unlocked on arrival and during your stay. The apartment is accessed through the first door on the right up a few steps in the atrium. There is a key safe near the apartment door for guests to retrieve the key to the property.

This apartment is located in Wallingford. Wallingford Museum and Didcot Railway Centre are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary and Iffley Village. Oxford Greyhound Stadium and Oxford Ice Rink are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
