The property is a typical large family home and is beautifully laid out with all the creature comforts you desire.

SLEEPING
With a choice of 5 bedrooms and a great mixture of beds everybody in your group will be sure to get a great night's sleep. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head with the added bonus of black out blinds.

You'll also find a useful workstation in the one of the bedrooms.
All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen.

Please note: Travel cots are available on request, please provide your own bedding if required.

FRESHENING UP
There's no need to wait around to get freshened up. You'll have the pick of a main bathroom and ensuite, both modern and full featured. There’s also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

Towels and toiletries provided.
Washer dryer available with enough tablets to see you through the first few days.
Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided.

RELAXING
Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofas and watch your favourite movie on the 50” Flat screen Smart TV coupled with high speed broadband and Apple TV.

The massive garden is well designed with plenty of garden furniture and a sun room which will give you plenty of opportunity for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen:

Guest access
Guest will have private access to the whole of my property along with private garden.

Other things to note
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

SELF CHECK-IN
Check-in time is usually after 3 pm and check-out time is usually before 11 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

FIREPLACE
The fireplace in the living room is for decoration purposes only. PLEASE DO NOT USE.
