Calm studio apartment with a garden view, a few minutes walk from the tube station which takes fifteen minutes to London's West End.

The apartment is cosy, which is code for not that large. I hope that I've made it feel welcoming, but I do recommend checking what 15 m2 looks like before you pay.

The communal entrance hallway and stairs to the building are newly carpeted. The front of the house has been newly painted. There's a small park at the end of the street.

The garden view is pleasant. There is one large window out onto the garden, and one medium window and one small window by the kitchenette. The bathroom is windowless.

The kitchenette is newly fitted this year and has a fridge (with freezer compartment), two electric hobs, a microwave-convention oven, pots, pans, utensils to make meals.

The bathroom is newly fitted this year and has a shower, toilet and small handbasin.

The local high street is cool. It's a socially diverse area with low-priced and medium-priced big supermarkets, etc, as well a vibrant mix of independent grocery shops selling international foodstuffs.
