St Annes House is a stunning Victorian house, built in 1847, with original features throughout the house including an open fire, solid oak herringbone parquet in hallway and kitchen and original pine floorboards in bedrooms. The spacious bathroom has a large roll-top bath and the property has a beautiful leafy town garden with wooden deck and a lower area with flagstones. In the summer it is a true delight to see the magnolia tree in full bloom and hear the birds nestled in the trees.

This spacious house has a comfortable and welcoming feel with homely and quirky characteristics. The beds are comfortable with quality bed linens, plenty of quilts and occasional vintage furniture pieces. The south facing sitting room is cosy with a Freeview TV. The kitchen / diner is well-equipped with everything the designated chef would need to cook up a storm. There are four bedrooms that can easily accommodate up to eight guests and further 2nd living area which can be used as another bedroom should it be needed.

Cheltenham is a gorgeous town in the heart Gloucestershire and lies beneath Cleeve Hill, the highest point in the Cotswolds and above the Vale of the River Severn. It is known as ’The Western Gateway to the Cotswolds’. This edge-of-the Cotswolds spa town is hard to beat for refined elegance and Regency buildings, including the Pittville Pump Room, a remnant of Cheltenham’s past as a spa town, annual festivals, Ladies’ College and racecourse. Also
fortnightly farmers markets, classy shops and restaurants all surrounded by glorious countryside. The town is home to the renowned Cheltenham Festival, four days of horse jump racing culminating in the Gold Cup, held annually in March at Cheltenham Racecourse. There’s fine art at The Wilson museum, and the Victorian Everyman Theatre has an ornate auditorium. Pub and restaurant 1/4 mile.
