The Oxfordshire village of Nuneham Courtney is six miles south of Oxford and 21 miles north west of Reading. The home is tastefully furnished and styled with a vibrant mix of colours, fabrics and furnishings.

The renowned Oxford University Harcourt Arboretum is located in the village, and there are a multitude of country walks and fantastic pubs and restaurants within a few miles drive. For something special you can head to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in nearby Great Milton, or the Crazy Bear restaurant in nearby Stadhampton.

The Bolthole is also the perfect retreat if you visiting Oxford, or planning an extended stay to work or relocate in the area.

-Stairs lead up to the first floor. Note that the stairs are on the steep side in case you have limited mobility.

-Bedroom one with single bed, chair and bureau.

-Bedroom two with king size bed, chest of drawers and chair.

-Hallway cupboard with hanging space.

-WiFi throughout the home.

-Wood-burning stove

-Rear garden with patio area and garden furniture.

Please note

-The home faces onto the A4074. All windows have sound proofing and road noise in the home is very limited. However, for the purpose of transparency it's important that we make a note of this.

-There are occasional peacocks in the garden which visit from a nearby estate. The peacocks are large but very pretty and a delight to watch. However, if you are Ornithophobic this cottage may not be for you!

This apartment is located in Oxford. Greyfriars Oxford and Christ Church Cathedral are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at High Ropes Oxford and Hinksey Heights Golf Course.
