Two Bed Apartment, Albert Road, Colne

Lancashire. Sleeps up to 4

Summary:
This is a modern open plan two-bed apartment found in the heart of the bustling Lancashire market town of Colne, this is just one of three apartments found in a handsome Victorian town house. Ideally situated, Colne is surrounded by glorious open countryside and is less than an hour from Manchester & Leeds, Colne is the perfect base from which to explore both Lancashire and Yorkshire.

The Space:
This stylish two-bed self-catering apartment sits above Turners, a wine, cheese and deli shop and is directly next door to Tubbs of Colne, a restaurant and bar, serving breakfast through to dinner, 7 days a week. Colne is brimming with independent shops and as a conservation area, it has retained much of its original architecture. Bordered by stunning hillsides, Colne really is the hidden jewel in Lancashire's Crown.

This Albert Street accommodation is a two-bedroom open-flow apartment that provides both linens and towels for your stay.

There are two bedrooms, each boasting a super comfy king-sized bed, which also feature a bathroom area, with a modern walk-in shower and accompanying sink. As pictured, the in-room bathrooms lend to a more open-flow feel, however, there is also a shared family bathroom which hosts a toilet and vanity sink.

Along with the two main bedrooms, there is also a sofa bed found in the open-plan social area of the apartment. We respectfully ask that guests contact our team to add the additional guest, and the £25 per night additional guest fee, to your booking. We provide linens and towels for the sofa bed guest; however, we recommend that the sofa bed remains as a sofa until needed as once the sofa bed is set up the space can feel cosy!

The social-living area is open plan, with convenient electric kettle, mugs, and glassware (including wine glasses).

Guest Access:
Self-check-in with the key in a lockbox, we will send the lock box code by both email and text on the day of your arrival. Our team are always available by call if you need a hand getting settled in or have any questions about your stay.

The entry off the street is a shared entryway and hallway, however, the interior doors are private, and each has a corresponding key – only you will have access to the apartment you have booked.

The Neighborhood:
Colne boasts a range of independent shops, many great venues both culturally and food-wise, as well as a host of different forms of entertainment for both day and evening exploration, notably the three local theatres.

The notable foodie element to the town has led to the setting up of an annual Colne Food Festival, which showcases local venues and fresh, local produce.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station is Colne, just a short 3-minute stroll away.

The closest bus stops are the Crabtree Street Stop and the Crown Hotel Stop, each only a 1 or 2-minute walk from the entry to the Albert Road Apartments respectively.

Parking is on-street parking. Queen St Parking is the closest car park, conveniently only on the corner of the street just off Tubbs of Colne.
