This newly renovated modern property with a large private garden and unique mood lighting in the downstairs rooms is located a 20 minute drive from Birmingham City Centre. Large driveway at the front of the property with space for 3 cars makes this an ideal home from home for contractors or families coming to enjoy all Birmingham has to offer. The local area has some shops for your convenience just a short walk from the property and the transport links to the City Centre are superb.The whole place can accommodate up to 7 people!
Managed by an experienced host, the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and are always on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
The open plan living dining is a bright and airy space to eat or relax and unwind after a long day. A modern and comfortable sofa in the living room also pulls out to become a sofa bed. A 40” Smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded is tucked in the corner of the room for cosy night under the mood lighting. Just log in with your details and enjoy your home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make breakfasts, lunches or dinners, with a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Pots and pans are also in the property as well as crockery and utensils.
Upstairs there are 3 newly refurbished bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single room. Each room has a good amount of storage for your belongings varying from under bed drawers, dressing tables and bedside tables. All the beds have fresh, hotel quality linen and towels ready for your stay.
The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower and complimentary toiletries.
Guests have access to the whole property and garden.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please be careful with the keys so you don't have to pay for replacement locks.
ENERGY USAGE: Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. So please make sure the heating and lights are switched off on exit.
