About this space
Central Apartment a short distance from Birmingham City centre. Located in a historical converted mansion, the quirky staircase taking you up to the apartment is build around an old lift. The apartment itself has been newly renovated, bringing a modern twist to the older building. featuring 3 double bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cosy living space all a short walk from the heart of the City.

The space
This historical apartment has been newly renovated to a high standard, giving you a modern twist in an old style building.

As you enter, you will find a long hallway taking you through the apartment which is all on one level. To the left, there is a cosy living room, with a brand new comfortable sofa which can fold out into a sofa bed. should you need an extra bed during your stay. There is a Smart TV in the living room which is connected to the free Wi-Fi, allowing you to log into your own streaming services should you want a night in in front of the telly!

Opposite the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. This kitchen has all you will need to make a home cooked meal, including an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and a coffee machine to help you through the mornings.

Towards the end of the hallway; you will find the 3 double bedrooms. Each have a double bed and ample storage space for your belongings during your stay. Each room will have hotel quality linen on the beds.

The family bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and will have complimentary hotel style toiletries in there for you.

Guest access
Access for guests is to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
