The house is very modern and have been designed to accommodate flexible groups of guests, such as large family groups, multiple families or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms (a double & twin) on the ground floor, with an additional double and twin on the first floor. The ground floor double has its own en-suite shower room, as is ideal for those with limited mobility. There are two more bathrooms available for the rest of the guests.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with plenty of space in the large open plan living and dining area to seat everyone with room to spare. In the upstairs master bedroom, you'll also find another small sofa, ideal for anyone looking to get a bit of peace or read a good book.

The property is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. All bedding and linen is provided also. For entertainment there is a large SmartTV and DVD player in the living area and of course Wifi.

The living room flows out onto the Patio area and garden through a set of large sliding doors. On the patio, you'll find outside dining furniture, ideal for al fresco dining on a summer evening. From the Garden you can sometimes hear the waves crashing on the nearby shore at Yaverland, which is less than 500 metres away.

There is space on the driveway at the front of the property for two cars, and additional parking is available on the unrestricted residential roads.

This vacation home is located in Sandown. Shanklin Old Village and Isle of Wight Steam Railway are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Bembridge Beach. Isle of Wight Zoo and Sandown Pier are also worth visiting.
