The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, two double with en-suites, a mezzanine double, a double and two second-floor doubles, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking and a large garden with patio and furniture. Within 2.8 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yew Tree Farm is a great setting for a countryside getaway.

Town: Brill, a civil parish in the county of Buckinghamshire, can be found between the cities of Oxford and Bicester and the town of Aylesbury. The village is famous for its large Windmill, the timbers of which date back to 1685; the mill is now a Grade II listed building and can be visited once a week from March to September. J. R. R. Tolkein liked the name of the town so much that he based the fictional village of Bree on it for The Lord of the Rings trilogy. There is a store and a bar called The Pointer for a fun night out. Explore the rich history of nearby Oxford, just a short drive away. Stop by Oxford Castle and the Ashmolean Museum.  Bicester and Aylesbury, both small towns, offer even more conveniences, such as shops and restaurants and are also nearby.
