Unique Upcycled Straw Trailer @ Westcote, Hawick

Scottish Borders. Sleeps up to 6

Situated on a working sheep farm in the heart of the Scottish Borders Westcote Glamping's Straw Trailer was a pandemic upcycling project where we transformed a rusty disused bail trailer base to create a bespoke six-man unit with two double beds and two single beds.

This quaintly decorated trailer comes with all the internal (toilet, shower, full kitchen, sofa, table and wood burner) and external (BBQ, fire pit and sheltered table) amenities you would want for a delightful digital-detox staycation for families and groups of friends - add one of our four wood-burning hot tubs at an extra cost to make it the perfect stay!

Notes:
No excessive noise after 11 pm.
Dogs are welcome - £5 charge per dog, maximum 3 dogs.
Hot tubs are for exclusive use from 5pm until midnight, subject to availability and at an additional charge.

The hot tub is for sole use and is an additional charge depending upon the size of hot tub required i.e. £25 for 2 person, £30 for 4 person and £35 for 6 person tub. They need to be pre booked as there is no particular tub assigned to a certain unit.

A complimentary bottle of Prosecco is provided for guests staying three nights or more.
This is our only winterised option - available all year with a wood burner and sheltered decking area to keep you toasty during Scotland’s snowy winters.
The unit sleeps 6 adults max - no exceptions. However, eight people can book if at least two are children under 5 and sleep on the sofa bed.

This cabin is located in Hawick. Heart of Hawick and Borders Textile Towerhouse are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Woodside Garden Centre and St Abbs & Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve. Scott's View and Jedforest Deer & Farm Park are also worth visiting.
