One double with king size bed (can be made into a twin upon request), one twin and one single bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. There is a sitting room with open fire. Kitchen with dining area. Craggs Cottage is a welcoming property suitable for guests with all interests. Town: Kelso is a lovely tranquil Borders town at the meeting point of the Tweed and Teviot rivers, with a cobbled town square and streets, and an array of stunning Georgian buildings, and a wealth of gorgeous countryside around it. Take time out to visit Floors Castle, a very prominent Stately Home with restaurants and gardens, designed by William Adam. Also close by are Mellerstain House, Kelso Abbey and the Kelso races.
Located in Kelso, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Smailholm Tower and Floors Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Scott's View and St Abbs & Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve. Waverley Line and Woodside Garden Centre are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking and cycling in the area.
