From the moment you arrive, you're right at the heart of one of Scotland's green and gorgeous capital, surrounded by culture and steeped in history - so stay here and you're sure to make the most of it!

My home has four lovely bedrooms, each with a proper double bed, and the large 'back' bedroom, with its evocative view of the New Town roofs and courtyards, has a spacious ensuite shower. There's also plenty of room to socialize together in the modern open plan kitchen-living space; the dining table means there's plenty of room for everyone. The living space has a window with northerly views over Queen St Gardens and down to the sea to give you a real taste of the variety that the Edinburgh skyline has to offer. For longer stays, there's a washing machine tucked discreetly away in the understairs cupboard as well as an iron and ironing board.

You’ll love staying here because of the amazing roof terrace (inspiring even on a rainy day!); the beautiful living room with an open plan kitchen which is perfect for socializing; the incredible views over the gardens and down to the sea, but most of all because the location - mere minutes to all the city’s most famous, most photographed and most frequented areas - is second to none.

* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
