Tinker Cottage has been lovingly and tastefully restored with reclaimed pine and cottage fittings, antiques and lovely old paintings.
Accommodation: the entrance door leads to the hallway with a single bedroom, fitted clothes rail and a dressing table/mirror. Oposite is a fully tiled shower room with power shower, toilet and washbasin. Through the arch, to a beautiful, cosy lounge with a lovely open pine staircase and cosy mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, sitting under the eaves of the cottage. Electric wood burner style stove, laminate flooring throughout. Open plan kitchen/diner with fitted appliances.
Services: a small refrigerator with ice-box, halogen hob with electric fan oven, microwave and washer/dryer. Colour TV with SKY package. Radio/CD player. electric fans upstairs and down. Gas central heating and under floor heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Strictly no smoking in the cottage. Two small, well-behaved pets are welcome but not allowed in any bedrooms areas. A Z-bed is provided which is suitable for a child to approx. 12 years old. The cottage has a beautiful little enclosed yard muralled by the owner. A cast iron arched seat with plants and shrubs in abundance where you can sit and watch the busy, quaint street below.
