The house is modern with three double bedrooms, a lovely living room and a modern kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs can be configured as two doubles or as two twins, which makes accommodating families and groups of contractors easy.

Parotia House is a cosy but modern house complete with creative design touches which will inspire you and make you feel right at home.
There are three great sized double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a desk space in the bay window, bedroom 2 has a personal HD TV, and bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room! Bedroom 2 and 3 can also be configured either as twin rooms or as double bedrooms, as the beds can split!
This means Parotia House offers great flexibility for families and friends, or small groups of colleagues or contractors.
For the communal spaces, there is a living room with 42 inch HD Smart TV and four person dining table. This which leads into a lovely fully equipped kitchen, before you arrive at the family bathroom.
The whole property is reserved for the guest.

Staffordshire is the home of the pottery industry, oatcakes, the famous Alton Towers Theme park. The friendly locals call everyone "duck"...don't ask! Stoke-on-Trent is conveniently located just off junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 motorway and is located on the A50, which provides a direct link from the M1 and the East of the country.
All areas of the city are reachable from here.

There are taxi ranks outside Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station and in the City Centre on Stafford Street.
Stoke-on-Trent has an intricate public transport service and buses are usually easy to come by.
Hanley Bus Station is the main transport hub for buses in the city and virtually.
Pre-stay requirements should be completed including agreeing to the rental contract and completing a £200 pre-authorisation to cover for damages.
