About this space
Our modern 1 bed apartment, is in the heart of Uplands, the creative quarter of Swansea. An ideal location for work trips, visiting family, or exploring the Gower Peninsula.

Uplands is famous for its unique independent bars and restaurants, Dylan Thomas' birth place and a monthly market of local produce. Singleton Park is just over the road, which leads to the beach.
The space
Our little one bed apartment is an ideal base for a work stay or for visiting family/exploring the Gower. It has recently been renovated and offers contemporary, hotel style self catering accommodation.

We have a one double bed in the main bedroom, with ample sotrage for clothes etc. The open plan living area consists of the sofa bed (single) and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric hob and oven, cutlery and crockery. Our modern bathroom has a thermostatic shower over the bath.

We offer hotel standard linen and towels which are replaced after each stay. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. We also offer a 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Other things to note
For bookings over 14 days, a mandatory change over clean (set at the same price as the cleaning fee for the property) will be required.

This apartment is located in Swansea. Dylan Thomas Birth Place and Grosnez Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Pennard Golf Course and Swansea Marina.
