This completely renovated, spacious, first floor apartment is situated in a character property overlooking St Hilda's Church. It is just a two minute walk from the West Cliff and close to all of Whitby's amenities.
Accommodation:
Communal entrance. Stairs lead up to the apartment. Hallway. Spacious, bright lounge, newly carpeted with dining area. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Good-sized bedroom with twin beds which can be made into a double bed, now with luxury mattresses and memory foam toppers. One step down is the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Services:
Refrigerator, gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, washing machine. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD player, a range of DVD's, Freesat and a radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.
