Stylish Georgian Flat in New Town, Edinburgh

East Lothian. Sleeps up to 4

## Space

The property is finished to a very high standard, with modern fittings and appliances throughout. There is a cosy living room which looks out over a courtyard area, with a staircase up to a pretty communal garden area. The sofa doubles up as a sofa bed should you request. There is also a flatscreen smart TV for your use.

There is a well equipped kitchen off a modern dining area that can comfortably sit 4 people, should you wish to cook during your stay in Edinburgh (or even get a takeaway!)

## Access

Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay.

## Interaction

I will not be available in person, however I have a fantastic support team on hand to assist you with anything you may need.

## Neighborhood

Canonmills is a district of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. It lies to the south east of the Royal Botanic Garden at Inverleith, east of Stockbridge and west of Bellevue, in a low hollow north of Edinburgh's New Town.

## Transit

There are plenty of busses that can take you either into the City Centre or to Stockbridge. However, you can walk to many of the main attractions in around 20 minutes through the picturesque New Town. There is free on street parking at weekends. This is pay and display during the week.

## Notes

This apartment is located in Bonnington, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Edinburgh International Conference Centre or Easter Road Stadium.
