This large, modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is set in Bridge of Dee area of Aberdeen. You will have a spacious modern kitchen, two double rooms with double beds with a large sofa in the living room. 5mins walk to RGU & Large retail park

Public transport is by bus and local stops are either 2 minutes away from Headland Court or a 5 minute walk away. The train station is around 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus. Aberdeen airport is 35 minutes by bus or 25 minutes by taxi/car.
The main bus lines for going into and out of Aberdeen are close by with the relevant bus stop just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
There is ample parking in the front and back of the building dedicated to the community. The property 1-2 mins walk from a park and only 5mins walk the Bridge of Dee (river dee) walking trail.
