If you tire of the peace and quiet or wandering through the vines, it is only a short drive to Rye with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and great specialist shops and a few minutes further are the seven miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches at Camber - so really something for everyone, young or old, to enjoy. Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is a fantastic living space, combining  impressive vaulted ceilings with high quality oak floors and attractive furnishings. In the Sitting Room area are a two seater sofa, two armchairs and footstool, wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview, occasional tables and full height French doors leading out to the secluded brick patio with panoramic views across the fields and vines. In the Dining Area is the woodburning stove for extra warmth in the winter evenings with table and four chairs beside the exceptionally well-equipped Kitchen providing electric oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, slim-line dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine
Bedroom 1 with lovely views, is carpeted and has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in clothes storage space with hangers and shelving. There is a beautiful, fully tiled En-suite Wet Room with shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c

Garden: Secluded brick patio with garden furniture and barbecue plus acres of  pasture and vineyard through which to roam.
Parking: Covered parking for one car in Oak framed garage plus additional space on driveway if required.
Heating: Oil central heating plus woodburning stove.
Also Provided: First basket of logs - subsequent baskets available at £3. Additional freezer located in the garage space.
Notes: There are two ponds on the vineyard, plus tractors so children must be supervised when outside. The owners have two very friendly (and large!) Newfoundland dogs who will love to come and say hello! The approach to the vineyard is via a mile long private lane so not really suitable for low suspension vehicles.
